Nicolas Favre specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and securities law. He advises listed and unlisted companies in connection with French and cross-border transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000, he graduated from the Public Business Law Institute (1998) and holds an advanced degree (DESS) in Local authorities’ administration (1997) and an advanced degree (DEA) in public law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (1996).

He joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2000. He was then co-opted as a partner in 2008.
