De Pardieu Brocas Maffei is pleased to announce the promotion of Ségolène Coiffet to Partner in Restructuring / Dispute Resolution
De Pardieu Brocas Maffei confirms its development and strengthens its Restructuring / Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Ségolène Coiffet as Partner as of July 1, 2017.
Since 2008, Ségolène Coiffet has been working in the firm’s Restructuring / Dispute Resolution team co-headed by Philippe Dubois and Paul Talbourdet. Her promotion will help strengthening this team recognized as a key player in these practice areas.

The Restructuring / Dispute Resolution team of the firm now comprises 16 lawyers, including 8 partners and 2 Counsels.

Ségolène Coiffet, Partner, 43 years old, member of the Paris Bar since 2007. She was member of the Bar of Lyon between 1998 and 2006. She attended the program in law from the University Jean Moulin from Lyon III (1995).
She specializes in debt restructuring, distressed companies, insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, and particularly within the framework of international transactions.
She advises creditors, banks, lease-finance and factoring institutions, providers, as well as companies and their managers and shareholders in the context of disputes opposing them to their commercial partners and in relation to the negotiation and prevention of these disputes.
She also intervenes in commercial, banking and financial litigation cases.
She started her career in the litigation and white-collar crime departments of the law firms Poulain & Associés (2007-2008), Ribeyre & Associés (2006), Delsol & Associés (2001-2006) and La Phuong & Castelli (1998-2001) before joining De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as an associate in 2008, where she was appointed as Counsel in 2014 and as Partner in July 2017.
Ségolène is a member of the Society of Turnaround Professionals (Association pour le Retournement des Entreprises – ARE).
