De Pardieu Brocas Maffei is pleased to announce the promotion of Ségolène Coiffet to Counsel in the Restructuring / Dispute Resolution team
Ségolène Coiffet has been working since 2008 in the firm’s Restructuring & Insolvency / Dispute Resolution team co-headed by Jacques Henrot and Philippe Dubois. Her promotion will help strengthening this team recognized as a key player in these practice areas.
Ségolène Coiffet, 40, specializes in debt-restructuring, distressed companies, pre-bankruptcy proceedings and insolvency proceedings.
Ségolène advises and represents creditors, banks, lease-financors, suppliers, etc., as well as debtors, management and shareholders.
She is also recognized for her talent as a litigator handling commercial, banking and finance litigation whether or not relating to insolvency proceedings.
Admitted to the Lyon Bar (1998-2006) then to the Paris Bar (2007), Ségolène Coiffet holds a master’s degree of Law (Judicial Careers option) from the University Jean Moulin of Lyon III (1995).
She joined De Pardieu Brocas Maffei as a senior associate in 2008. She previously worked for Poulain & Associés (2007-2008) in Paris and in Lyon for Ribeyre & Associés (2006), Delsol & Associés (2001-2006) and La Phuong & Castelli (1998-2001).
