“The Best Law Firms in France 2021” – Le Point

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei is once again recognized as one of the “Best Law Firms 2021” in the Palmarès 2021 Le Point – Statista. This ranking is based on recommendations.

The firm is awarded in the following areas of expertise:

• Banking and stock exchange law: 5*.
• Commercial, business and competition law: 5*.
• Company law: 5*.
• Tax law: 5*.
• Real Estate Law: 5*.
• Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A): 5*
• Private Equity and Venture Capital: 4*

The list is composed of the most recommended law firms in France in 27 legal areas. This list of the best law firms is based on an online survey of :

– lawyers working in law firms
– in-house lawyers who regularly work with law firms
– clients who have already consulted a law firm as an individual or on behalf of a company

In total, more than 5,000 people participated in the online survey between 16.11.2020 and 15.01.2021. Lawyers and in-house counsel were invited to participate in the survey by email. The emails included a personalised one-time link. In addition, an open survey was available from lepoint.fr for the three target groups. Registration of participants prior to the open survey allowed for verification of contact details and avoided multiple participation. Distinction system: a firm receives five stars if it has a number of recommendations higher than the median of the firms rewarded, four for a lower number.
