Advising Immochan, the real estate subsidiary of Auchan Group, in connection with a strategic joint venture with Alaska Permanent Fund Corporation (APFC) on two existing shopping centrer in Spain and Portugal, in a transaction value at around € 280M. APFC will acquire from Immochan 50% of shares of companies holding the two assets.
