Eric Muller advises French and foreign, listed and unlisted companies, on corporate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and mergers, particularly in the context of joint-venture agreements. He also supports listed companies with their stock market-related obligations and corporate governance rules.
He joined the Corporate – M&A team as partner in 2014.
