Antoine Payen advises French and international financial institutions (bank and institutional lenders) and sponsors (industrialists, developers, investment funds) on projects development and financing in the energy and infrastructure sectors. His practice also covers asset financing transactions.
He is member of the Debt Finance Group and the Project Development and Finance team.
