Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, Jean-François Pourdieu advises a number of clients on corporate issues and has wide-ranging experience in private equity transactions regularly acting for investment funds and companies on their LBO, capital-raising and transfer transactions.
Author of numerous articles in his practice area, Jean-François Pourdieu has been regularly lecturing at France Invest for the seminar “Pratique contractuelle de l’investisseur en capital”.
He joined the Corporate – M&A team of De Pardieu as partner in 2006.
