De Pardieu advises the Ginger Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in the ABS Group

De Pardieu has advised the Ginger Group, a French leader in prescription engineering present in more than 100 countries, on the acquisition of a majority stake in the ABS Group, a group of Canadian companies providing services in materials engineering, building science, geotechnics, environment, metallurgy, geophysics and rock mechanics.

The founders and existing shareholders will retain a significant stake in the ABS Group and will continue to manage the company’s growth alongside the current management team. This acquisition marks the Ginger Group’s first external growth transaction in Canada.
