Mathieu Rétiveau advises a wide range of clients, including investment funds, founders, groups and family offices, on high-stakes private equity and M&A transactions, both in France and internationally. His practice covers a wide range of transactions, from mid cap to large cap, including deals in highly regulated sectors. He has built up recognised expertise in structuring and conducting complex transactions, particularly in environments subject to stringent legal and operational constraints. His ability to secure sensitive, high value-added deals makes him a key player in the market.
He joined the Corporate – M&A team of De Pardieu in 2018 and was appointed as partner in 2025.
