De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advises Altice France on the sale of part of the capital of its data centers to Morgan Stanley

Paris, 22 November 2023, De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised the Altice group on the proposed creation of a new subsidiary, denominated UltraEdge, which will comprise a portfolio of 257 data centers interconnected via SFR’s nationwide fiber network and currently operated by SFR, and on the sale of a 70%-stake in this new entity to Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, a private infrastructure investment platform within the American bank Morgan Stanley. UltraEdge is valued at 764 million euros and will be the first nationwide independent distributed colocation provider in France with more than 45MW of installed capacity. Closing of the transaction will be subject to customary conditions and to obtaining the applicable regulatory approvals.
