Laëtitia Gavoty Tolot is recognized for her expertise in French and European competition law with a particular focus on merger control, anti-competitive practices, private enforcement, State aids, foreign subsidies and distribution law.

She represents French and international clients in both advisory and litigation matters in a wide range of sectors before French and European competition authorities and courts.

She is an active member of the French Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC) and participates in the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association française des études de concurrence (AFEC).

She has been a partner in the Competition Law and Merger Control / Distribution Law team of De Pardieu since 2021.
