De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised the shareholders of the Delcourt group, an independent publishing group of French-language comic books, including Guy Delcourt and Florac Investissements, on the proposed sale of all their shares to Editis.

Completion of this transaction is subject to the information-consultation procedure of the Social and Economic Committee (CSE) of the Delcourt Group and to obtaining the necessary clearances from the competition authorities.
