Aktid, backed by Initiative & Finance’s fund “Tomorrow”, has acquired the entire share capital of Italproget S.r.l., an Italian company specializing in the design and implementation of custom-built turnkey solutions for the transformation of waste into new resources and raw materials. De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised the banking pool comprising Arkea Banque Entreprises et Institutionnels, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Rhône Alpes and Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel des Savoie on this transaction.
