Sebastien Boullier de Branche specializes in acquisition finance and advises banks, debt funds, investment funds and borrowers on bank, mezzanine and unitranche financing.

He also has a recognized expertise in debt restructuring, advising both creditors and borrowers.

He joined the Debt – Finance team of De Pardieu as partner in 2018.
