De Pardieu advises the lenders on the acquisition of a minority stake by Swen Capital Partners in RYAM BioNova

De Pardieu has advised the lenders (Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, BNPP, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Rhône Alpes, Crédit Lyonnais and Société Générale) on the acquisition of a 20% minority stake by the fund Swen Impact Fund For Transition 3 (SWIFT 3), managed by Swen Capital Partners, in RYAM BioNova, French subsidiary of the RYAM group, a major player in the biofuels and biochemistry sector in France, Canada and the United-States.

SWIFT 3’s investment has been made through a €30M fund-raising transaction, in which RYAM BioNova has received a senior financing from the French banks Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes, BNPP, Caisse d’Epargne et de Prévoyance de Rhône Alpes, Crédit Lyonnais and Société Générale.
