Vincent Cossavella is an associate in De Pardieu’s Debt Finance team.
He advises borrowers, debt funds, investment funds and credit institutions on bank, mezzanine and unitranche financings.
He joined the team in 2024, having previously worked for an international law firm in asset finance and in Luxembourg in the field of investment fund structuring.
