De Pardieu advises MBO+ Flex on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Norman K. group

De Pardieu has advised MBO+ Flex, a leading player in the French lower mid-cap segment, on the acquisition of a minority stake in the Norman K. group, an independent wealth management platform.

This upward path is underpinned by a major structuring effort led by the founding partners of Norman K. To that effect, the managers have chosen MBO+ to support them strategically and capital-wise, via its fund MBO Flex, the aim of which is to meet the needs of talented entrepreneurs by enabling them to finance organic growth, acquisitions and shareholder reorganization projects, while limiting their dilution.
