De Pardieu advises on the delisting of Alpha MOS

De Pardieu has advised both the initiators (Jolt Capital SAS, management company of the fund Jolt Targeted Opportunities, and the investment fund Ambrosia Investments AM) and the target on the public buy-out offer followed by a squeeze-out (OPR-RO) of Alpha MOS, a company listed on the Euronext Growth market specializing in sensory analysis solutions and world leader in the manufacture of electronic noses, tongues and eyes for industrial use.

The initiators held in concert 89.08% of the share capital and 91.62% of the voting rights of Alpha MOS upon the filing of the offer. The purpose of the offer was to provide liquidity for the minority shareholders while reducing the costs associated with the listing of the shares.
