Matthieu Candia, partner in the Corporate Department, specializes in Private Equity. He mainly advises French and international investment funds on Private Equity transactions (MBOs, LBOs, exits and secondary transactions, investments, Public-to-Private, build-ups, venture capital and equity development).
He also regularly advises management teams on leveraged buyout transactions and the implementation of management packages in the context of LBO transactions.
Member of the New York Bar (2012) and of the Paris Bar (2013), Matthieu holds a LL.M degree in Business Law (UCLA, 2011) and a DEA in Anglo-American Business Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (2010).
He joins De Pardieu Brocas Maffei in 2012 as an associate and was promoted to partnership in 2022.
He was ranked as a “Next Generation Partner” by LEGAL 500 EMEA 2023.
