Jean-Renaud Cazali is Head of Project Development and Finance. He advises French and international financial institutions (banks and institutional lenders) and sponsors (industrial companies, developers, investment funds) on the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects. He also specializes in asset finance transactions. Jean-Renaud is also Head of Export Finance and routinely advises banks in export finance transactions.
He is the author of “Project Finance in Civil Law Jurisdictions”, International Project Finance: Law and Practice, Oxford University Press, 2011 and 2014 and co-author of “Banking and Finance – France – Law & Practice” Chambers Global 2016.
Jean-Renaud Cazali is member of the Debt Finance group and of the Project Development and Finance team of De Pardieu since 2001.
