De Pardieu advises Demeter Investment Managers on the sale of a portfolio of french PPP projects in the field of energy efficiency

De Pardieu has advised Demeter Investment Managers, a fund which has been investing for almost 20 years in the field of ecological transaction, on the sale of a portfolio of 4 French operational PPP in the field of education pertaining to energy efficiency projects to a consortium comprising two financial investors: Serena, an infrastructure asset manager, and RiverRock, a pan-European asset management firm specializing in alternative investments.
