Ilhem Haouas advises sponsors (industrialists and investors) and lenders on public infrastructure projects (highways, ports and airports, electronic communications, waste treatment, heating networks, etc.) and in the energy sector.
Her practice specifically focuses on public procurement, public domain and energy law related issues.
She is involved in the structuring of projects and the preparation of bids, the negotiation of the contractual documentation and the operational implementation of the project. Her practice also covers M&A transactions in the public infrastructures or energy sector.
She joined the Project Development and Finance team of De Pardieu in 2014. She was appointed as counsel in 2023.
