Eloïse Koudou specializes in real estate law with a particular focus on real estate finance and investment and advises her French and international clients on a full range of real estate transactions including disposals and acquisitions of real estate assets portfolios (asset deal and share deal), sale and leaseback transactions, setting-up of partnership agreements, etc.) and sales in future state of completion.

Eloïse’s practice also covers the negotiation of commercial leases and asset and property management agreements.

She joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2015.
