Roland Crevits works on the restructuring of companies in difficulty, particularly in the context of debt restructuring, amicable or collective proceedings and transfers in bonis. In this capacity, he advises French and international clients, including debtors, creditors (banks, debt and investment funds, lessors), shareholders and investors.
He joined the Restructuring – Distressed companies team in 2025, after working in the Debt Finance team of an international law firm in Paris.
