De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Florac Investissements 2 on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Bonum group, which specializes in supporting non-profit organizations in their fundraising efforts and other impactful projects. This acquisition was paired with the reinvestment of some of the group’s selling shareholders, including Déborah Berger, CEO of the Group, and the Trajan investment fund.
