Sandrine Azou advises a number of French and international groups (large companies, public institutions) across a variety of sectors including industry, construction, metallurgy, hairdressing, oil and petrochemicals, research, transports, services, retail or the hotel industry.
Sandrine Azou has a recognized expertise in employment law (individual and collective relationships, employee savings schemes, criminal labor law) and social security law (in particular Urssaf) and is highly experienced in handling both advisory and litigation matters involving collective and individual issues.
Her practice also covers the development of complex projects (reorganisations, PSE, international mobility) across of variety of economic environments and the management of sensitive litigation before criminal, labor and civil courts.
She joined the Employment Law team of De Pardieu in 2014 and was appointed as counsel in 2022.
She is the author of several articles and publications in her practice areas.
