De Pardieu advises Arche MC2 on its refinancing from Ardian

De Pardieu has advised Arche MC2, the leading software publisher for social and health care in France, on its refinancing and development financing, from Ardian, a world leading private investment house.

Thanks to these new resources, the group will accelerate its external growth strategy. Capitalizing on its good performance and impressive growth trajectory, Arche MC2 refinances the debt taken out in connection with the merger with Cityzen in March 2021, the bonds held by the financial investors and proceeds with a share buyback. Ardian arranges the entire new unitranche financing.
