Sofia El Hariri advises French and international clients across a variety of sectors (industry or services, energy, audiovisual, telecommunications, transports, distribution and healthcare) and has a recognized expertise in French and European competition law with a particular focus on merger control, anti-competitive practices, State aids, foreign subsidies regulation and restrictive practices.
Member of the French Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC), Sofia El Hariri also participates in the International Bar Association (IBA).
Sofia El Hariri is further non-governmental advisor to the French Competition Authority within the International Competition Network (ICN) and is also co-author of several articles and publications in her practice areas.
She joined the Competition, Merger Control and Distribution team of De Pardieu in 2014 and was appointed as partner in 2025
