Sofia El Hariri advises French and international clients across a variety of sectors (industry or services, energy, audiovisual, telecommunications, transports, postal distribution and healthcare) and has a recognized expertise in French and European competition law with a particular focus on merger control, anti-competitive practices and restrictive practices.
Member of the Association des Avocats Pratiquant le Droit de la Concurrence (APDC), Sofia El Hariri is also co-author of several articles and publications in her practice areas.
She joined the Competition, Merger Control and Distribution team of De Pardieu in 2014 and was appointed as counsel in 2019.
