Emmanuel Fatôme has a recognized expertise in advising on the implementation of complex real estate transactions (property development, sale of portfolios, sale and leaseback transactions, corporate deals, partnerships etc.) and in commercial leases. His practice also covers real estate financing.
He advises a wide range of market players in the real estate industry (investors, property developers, portfolio management companies, funds and asset managers, hotel and managed-residence operators, lenders, users, etc.) on all types of underlying real estate assets (offices, retail and shopping centers, logistics, hotels, housing, student, senior and nursing residences, leisure centers, etc.).
He is the author of several articles and publications on real estate law, investment and finance, and has been a lecturer at HEC.
He is a partner in the Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions department.
