De Pardieu advises Altarea entreprise on the execution of a BEFA with the law firm Ashurst

De Pardieu has advised Altarea Entreprise, the leader in low-carbon urban transformation in France, on the execution of a BEFA (lease in future state of completion) with the global law firm Ashurst, pertaining to the property complex located at 185 rue Saint-Honoré in Paris.

185 Saint-Honoré is a 6,100 sq.m property complex comprising two interconnecting buildings. It is undergoing a major refurbishment, aimed at modernizing its spaces while respecting its historic identity.

The refurbishment project will also be exemplary in environmental terms. The building will be certified BREEAM RFO level very good, HQE Bâtiment Durable level “Performant” and Osmoz Ready levier bâti, guaranteeing a high level of energy and environmental performance.
