Philippe Dubois advises a wide range of French and international clients, including banking and financial institutions, major industrial groups in many economic sectors and has a wide-ranging expertise in restructuring, litigation and arbitration.
Philippe Dubois is also the author of numerous articles and publications in his practice areas and has been lecturing on business law at the University of Paris X Nanterre until 2020.
He joined the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency – Restructuring teams of De Pardieu as partner in 2008.
