Anne-Laure Drouet advises a number of French and international groups (banks and financial institutions, investment funds and family groups) and has a recognized expertise in tax law.
She has in-depth experience advising on a full range of transactions including due diligence reviews and structuring of complex corporate and LBO transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions, disposals, financing or post-acquisition restructuring.
Anne-Laure Drouet also advises clients on specific tax issues, as well as with intra-group restructuring. She is also very experienced in successfully assisting the firm’s clients with tax audits and tax litigation.
She is member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux and its corporate tax commission.
She joined the Tax team of De Pardieu as partner in 2020.
