De Pardieu advises the Telenco Group on the acquisition of a majority stake in Neklan

De Pardieu has advised the Telenco Group, designer and manufacturer of solutions for telecommunications networks, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Neklan, specializing in electrical engineering and the design and implementation of electrical supply and distribution infrastructures in the data center, tertiary and industrial sectors, thereby permitting to the Telenco Group to strengthen its presence in the Private Networks and Data Center markets.
