Advising CIC and BPI France Financement in connection with the setting-up of the bank financing to the project company Rennes Biomasse Energie

Advising CIC and BPI France Financement in connection with the setting-up of the bank financing dated December 20, 2013, made available to the project company Rennes Biomasse Energie, held by Dalkia France and the investment fund European Energy Efficiency Fund (EEEF).

This financing shall permit the operation of a 10.4 MW power generating facility from biomass, the thermal power generation of which may be used on the heating networks of the Rennes Sud area (the “Project”).

This financing amounts to 50 €M.
