Pursuant to two judgments rendered by the Commercial Court of Nanterre on January 20, 2012 and February 3, 2012, Technicolor Entertainment Services France (TESF), subsidiary of Technicolor, has been designed as purchaser of the business concerns of four companies belonging to Quinta Industries group: Auditoriums de Joinville (ADJ), SIS (Société Industrielle de Sonorisation), ScanLab, and Duboi. TESF consequently takes-over the assets and business activities of these four companies as well as 45 employees.
Technicolor accordingly confirms its overall development project of the film post-production activity in France.
In the context of these takeover transactions, Technicolor is advised by De Pardieu Brocas Maffei with a team comprising Philippe Dubois, partner, Pauline Bournoville and Anne-Sophie Merle, associates.
