Advising Urbis Park (joint-venture between Foncière des Régions and Prédica) in connection with the sale to Mirova Core Infrastructure Fund (a fund managed by Mirova / Natixis Asset Management) of a majority stake in a portfolio of parking lots concessions comprising 4.500 indoor parking spaces and more than 2.000 outdoor parking spaces, located in Bordeaux, Marseille, Asnières and Versailles.
