Grégoire Balland specializes in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law, with a particular focus on the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets, and the setting-up of structured partnerships in all real estate sectors. His practice also covers the structuring of (regulated and unregulated) investment vehicles.
He advises investors, investment funds and French and international operators accross all real estate sectors. He is also experienced in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Grégoire Balland has been a partner since 2022 in the Corporate – M&A team of De Pardieu, where he has been practicing since 2009.
