Katia Belhiteche advises a number of French and international clients (lenders, investors, property companies, investment funds, French and international financial institutions), and has a recognized expertise in real estate structured finance.
She also has extensive experience with acquisition, development and corporate financing projects (including CSR financing) involving all types of underlying real estate assets (offices, retail, logistic premises, hotels, student residences and co-living facilities, etc.).
She joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2013 and became partner in 2018.
