Advising Looping group on the acquisition of Drayton Manor Park in the UK

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advisied Looping group, European company operating 15 leisure parks, on its acquisition of Drayton Manor Park, a family theme park located in the Midlands, nearby Birmingham (UK).

Drayton Manor Park, which attracts over 1 million visitors each year with its 100+ rides and attractions, Europe’s only Thomas Land, a 15-acre conservation zoo and four-star hotel with 148 rooms and conference facilities, will make it the largest and one of the flagships in the Looping Group. Drayton Manor generates revenues of around £30 million per year.

Drayton Manor is the sixteen park and third park in UK for Looping Group. With such acquisition, Looping will count around 5,5 million visitors per year.
