Advising Marie Brizard Wine & Spirit France on exclusive negotiations for the sale of Moncigale

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei advises Marie Brizard Wine & Spirit France, group of wines and spirits, on exclusive negotiations for the sale of 100% of Moncigale company shares, specialized on the purchase, storage, packaging of wines and wine-based beverages, to Grands Vins JC Boisset, one of the leading French operators in the wine sector.

This transaction is planned to be finalized between the fourth quarter of 2020 and the first quarter of 2021, after the information process with the employees’ representatives and provided the French Competition Authorities approve the deal.
