Louise Xu advises French and international clients (listed and unlisted property companies, investment funds, insurance companies, developers, occupiers and credit institutions) in property law, specialising primarily in property management, commercial leases and property transactions (share deals or asset deals) involving all types of assets (offices, retail premises, holiday accommodation, logistics facilities, etc.).
She joined the Real Estate team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2024.
