De Pardieu advises Pure Data Centres Groupon a joint-venture with SEGROfor the development of a data center in Paris region

De Pardieu has advised Pure Data Centres Group on the setting-up of a 50:50 joint-venture with SEGRO for the development of a 48 MW fully fitted data center located in Paris region with a total project budget estimated at £800 million.

This transaction marks a new chapter in the collaboration between Pure and SEGRO and comes at a time of rapidly growing demand for digital infrastructures in Europe, driven by the expansion of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and digital services.

The project involves the development of a state-of-the-art, next generation data center designed to meet the highest standards of energy efficiency and connectivity.
