De Pardieu advises Apera Asset Management on the financing of Impulsa’s LBO alongside Activa

De Pardieu has advised Apera Asset Management on the financing of the first LBO of the Impulsa group, permitting the acquisition by Activa of an equity stake in the accounting firm.

Founded in 2012, Impulsa is an accounting firm with offices in Paris and Lille.

Following a process conducted with financial investors, Activa has acquired an equity stake in Impulsa in connection with a first LBO transaction. The firm’s managing partners have reinvested in the transaction.

The transaction is financed through a unitranche facility provided by Apera Asset Management. The financing package also includes a dedicated acquisition facility to support the group’s future external growth strategy.

Impulsa serves a portfolio of approximately 3,000 clients and is pursuing a growth strategy combining organic expansion with targeted acquisitions.
