De Pardieu has advised the lenders on the restructuring of Verpack’s share capital, involving the investment by Aldebaran Capital Partners alongside the management and the exit of Crédit Mutuel Equity.
Following an initial buyout transaction with Crédit Mutuel Equity in 2020, Verpack is embarking on a new phase of its development with Aldebaran Capital Partners investing in its share capital.
Designer, manufacturer and distributor of premium folding boxes and coffrets for a range of sectors, including luxury goods, beauty, fashion, fine goods and spirits, Verpack employs 530 people across five sites in France and one in Tunisia. The company expects to generate €60 million in revenue this year and intends to accelerate its growth in France and across Europe.
As part of this ownership transition and growth transaction, Aldebaran Capital Partners becomes Verpack’s new lead financial investor, with the aim of supporting the group as it scales up its operations and continues its expansion.
