Advising Looping group in connection with the acquisition of the “Zoo de la Flèche” located in France (Sarthe)

De Pardieu Brocas Maffei has advised Looping group in connection with the acquisition of the “Zoo de la Flèche” a regional animal park with a premium accommodation located in France (Sarthe) from Wild Nature, Mr Stéphane Da Cunha (president and majority owner) and Mrs Nathalie Amiot Da Cunha.

Stéphane Da Cunha re-invests in Looping alongside Ergon, Bpifrance and Looping’s management team.

Zoo de la Flèche is the thirteenth park and second animal park within the Looping Group after Planète Sauvage.
