Advising the European Bank of Investment (EIB) in connection with the setting up of a EUR 20m finance contract with French group CS Communication & Systèmes (CS) – which is listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange Compartment C – in order to support the implementation of its 2017-2021 research and development program.
Cs is a major player in the design, integration and operation of mission-critical systems that constantly innovates in various fields such as surveillance, air defense and cybersecurity.
This financing with CS group is part of the Junker Plan: the Investment Plan for Europe which focuses on European investments in view of creating employment and economic growth. The Junker Plan keeps gathering momentum in France with a running total of 99 operations providing EUR 7.5bn in EIB Group financing set to mobilise EUR 35.4 in additional investments.
