Corentin Coatalem advises a wide range of French and international clients (corporate borrowers, French, European and American credit institutions and investment funds) and has a recognized expertise in the banking, finance and stock market fields.
He applies his vast experience in assisting clients in numerous structured finance, syndicated finance, acquisition finance and debt restructuring transactions.
Specializing in derivatives, including equity derivatives, Corentin Coatalem advises major investors and a number of teams in the financial institutions of the marketplace.
He joined the Debt – Finance team of De Pardieu as an associate in 2002 and became partner in 2012.
