Emmanuel Chauve advises a wide range of French and international clients (major groups, banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, property companies (SIIC), investment funds, fonds opportunistes, real estate developers and family groups), and has a recognized expertise in corporate and asset taxation.
A large part of Emmanuel Chauve’s practice involves advising on real estate-related tax issues and on the taxation of SIIC and real estate investment funds.
He is a founding member of the real estate tax commission of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux and is actively involved in the work of this commission.
Emmanuel Chauve applies his vast experience in assisting his clients in the long-term advising them from due diligence review to litigation before the competent authorities. He is very experienced in successfully managing tax audits and is a recognized interlocutor for the tax authorities.
He created the Tax team of De Pardieu in 2005.
