De Pardieu advises Société de la Tour Eiffel  on its €600M capital increase

De Pardieu has advised Societe de la Tour Eiffel, a listed real estate company specializing in the commercial real estate market in the Greater Paris and the major regional cities on its capital increase with shareholders’ preferential subscription right in an amount of approximately 600 million euros.

Thanks to this capital increase, the Company will be able to cover its short-term refinancing instalments, reduce the drawdown of its credit lines and pursue its business with the capacity to reposition itself to take advantage of medium-term market opportunities.
